BUILDING YOUR NEW HOME
Bailey Custom Homes, Inc. can help you build your new home that meets your needs within your budget and without undue stress. Many of our customers even enjoy the process.
Planning
We will assist you in determining the requirements / limitations for the building site from your municipality as well as any convenants or restrictions that might also apply. Next, we will assist you in selecting a plan that meets your functional and financial needs and desires as well as the above requirements. We can customize a plan that you have, one of our plans, or we can start designing your home from scratch. During the home design process, we will regularly refine our estimate of your cost of the home so you can make adjustments in the home design and specifications, if necessary, so that the planned home fits within your budget.
Construction
Upon completion of the planning and pricing, we will sign a contract with you and proceed with the construction of your home. We will be in contact with you regularly, by telephone, email, and on-site meetings, to discuss status of the construction, selections that you need to make, and any other issues that you may have relating to the construction. For many of the selections, you can meet our suppliers at their showrooms to see the various choices they have available to you. Upon completion of the home, we will walk with you through the home, review operation and maintenance of the various systems and answer any questions you may have about the home.
Post Construction
At closing you will get keys, warranties (ours' and various manufacturers'), and your new home. During our warantee period (typically 12 months) we are available to answer questions about your home and deal with any warranty issues that may come up in a expedient manner that works with your schedule.
